Product orders from our official online store are available only for members. Anyone can get a membership at the store by visiting our website and finding
“sign up” button at the top. With the membership, you can enjoy more convenient services including checking your order status.
You can conveniently pull out a credit card or cash register receipt for your order by logging in and going to “My Page”, and then “Order History” on our official online store.
Payment options from our official online store are as follows:
- Credit card (domestic and overseas)
- Bank transfers
- Transfers without a bank account (using a virtual account)
- Simple payment (using NAVER pay or Kakao pay)
Customers residing overseas can use PayPal and a variety of other methods to make payment on Icepray’s official (multi-language) online store.
Escrow service is based upon Article 24 of (the ROK’s) Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce. It guarantees that our official online store has obligation to reimburse a payment received from a customer in advance and to compensate for any damage incurred from the store’s non-performance of product supply. A trusted escrow service can be provided only with bank transfers; but if you choose to use the service, partial cancellation is not available and your entire payment will be cancelled in accordance with (the ROK’s) Act on the Protection of Cash Transactions.
Pre-ordering is a subscription-based service where an order is placed for an item which has not yet been released. The “pre-order completed” mark suggests your order has been officially placed and an immediate delivery upon release is guaranteed.
You can conveniently check details of your online order if you go to “My Page” and click “Order History” on our official online store.
After shipment from Icepray’s fulfillment center and upon receipt of items by an overseas courier, immediate tracking of your parcels becomes available on our official online store. If your package is in transit or loading/unloading, tracking may be delayed. Please kindly understand that overseas deliveries are generally trackable after 1–2 business days of making an order.

Overseas deliveries generally take between 7–20 days to arrive (may differ depending on the country and region), and they may take longer with unexpected setbacks in courier services. Around Chuseok and Lunar New Year holidays and at the beginning and end of the year, early ordering is recommended in case of a sudden sales spike.
Shipping costs for overseas delivery are figured out based on the weight of the package.
※ You may be charged customs duties and taxes at the discretion of your country of residence’s customs authorities. The overseas recipient shall bear the costs to get their delivery.
Icepray is not liable for overseas shipping fee, customs duties, clearance cost, and brokerage charges.
