Domestic orders normally arrive within 2-4 business days from making an order (for online orders) and from the warehouse (for pre-orders) unless otherwise noted.

※ Delivery will take 5-7 days for islands, mountain villages, and Jeju Island.

※ During brand promotion season, delivery may take 5-7 days upon order due to a sudden sales spike.

※ Delivery of all kinds of orders may face a delay with unexpected setbacks in courier services including geographical coverage, weather events, and a sharp rise in delivery volumes.

Upon confirmation of a return, Icepray will refund the purchase price of a returned product within 3 business days. When a return is completed, Icepray will send you a confirmation email. You can find the same result by going to “Member Information”, and then “order details” on our official online store.

If the payment is made by credit card, Icepray will issue a refund to your credit card account so that you don’t get charged. In case you are charged by the card issuer on the due date for payment, the refund will be processed on the next due date for payment. If the payment is made by bank transfer, Icepray will make a refund to your bank account or deposit the amount as membership mileage (pursuant to your decision).

Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment; but if a return is caused by Icepray (i.e. defective goods or unsuccessful delivery), They can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

[Domestic orders]

Request for an exchange or a return is possible within 7 days of receipt of shipment and the procedures are as follows:

1. Contact customer service (+82-70-7772-0616 or cs@bwavecompany.com) to check if you can request an exchange or return and find out the proper procedure.

2. Go to “My Page”, “Cancellation/Replacement/Return”, and click “Request for Replacement/Return”

3. Fill out a form (including reason, quantity, and method of shipment and shipping fee payment) and click “Replacement/Return” button.

All exchanges or returns except for ones caused by defective goods and unsuccessful delivery will require a W5,000 delivery fee (may differ for islands, mountain villages, Jeju Island, and other domestic areas).

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us prior to a return at customer service or through Q&A online.

All exchanges or returns except for ones caused by defective goods will be processed in compliance of the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s “Consumer Dispute Resolution Standard”.

Icepray is not liable for a possible additional shipping charge that might occur if you use a different courier than the one assigned by Icepray.

※ A short memo of “website/ID/name/contact information/reason” enclosed with the items would help faster processing.


[Overseas orders]

Products with issue, such as ones damaged due to the fault of the customer, are not eligible for a return or replacement.

In general, Icepray products are safe for use during pregnancy and lactation as the ingredients are traditional herbal medicine; but if you are allergic to a particular ingredient, please refer to the labelling of the product and consult your doctor before use.
